Anil Chopra
Zyxor Consulting is promoted by Anil Chopra, a a senior Management Executive having wide exposure in Management Consultancy, Project Management and Corporate functions. During his career exceeding 40 years, he has managed P&L leadership, set up and nurtured new businesses and institutionalized organizations.
​Anil is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
He also teaches at Universities and Business Schools as Visiting Faculty. His hallmark has been the blending of academics with practical experiences, to make the subjects more interesting and relevant to the job market.

Ranjan Mazumdar
Ranjan is an astute Project Manager having more than 40 years’ rich experience in India and overseas.
A Civil Engineer from IIT, Delhi and MBA from Arizona State University, USA, Ranjan has headed the Projects division at prestigious organisations such as ITC Welcomgroup, Max Healthcare and Taj Group of Hotels.
During his long career, he has set up some of India’s finest hotels, hospitals and buildings. Having deep knowledge of all aspects of Project Management, be it Architectural Design, Services, Interiors, Project Planning, Costing, Quality Systems, Contracts and Execution, Ranjan is equally renowned and respected in the industry for his practical approach. He is an on-the-job trainer as well and seems to have solutions for almost all problems, typically faced by Project Professionals.
Arun Malik
Arun’s area of expertise is Quality Systems and Performance Enhancement.
An engineer with 40 years experience in Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Consultancy and Telecommunication, his last assignment was as Head of Business Excellence at Bharti Airtel.
Trained at the AOTS Institute in Japan, Arun is a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma from Motorola University and an expert in Total Quality Management, Statistical Process Control, Business Continuity Management System and Change Management. He is a Certified ISO 9000 Lead Assessor, ISO 27001 Auditor, TL 9000 Auditor and CII Exim Award Assessor.
Besides, he has extensive experience in 5S, Visual Management, 7QC tools, Kaizen and DWM. He is a certified trainer and has carried out training and consultancy assignments with Maruti and its ancillaries, Escorts, JCB, NTPC, NHPC, TISCO, Mazgaon Ship Yard, Bharat Electronics Ltd and several other organisations in the public and private sector.
During his career, Arun got the opportunity to work with renowned international consultants like Sumantro Goshal, CK Prahlad, Steven Covey, Prof. Ichikawa, Prof. Kondo, Prof. Suzuki, Prof. Ravichandran (IIMA) and Prof. SP Mukherjee (ISI).
Arun has won the DL Shaw award on Economies through Quality given by Past President His Excellency Dr. ABJ Abdul Kalam and the Best National Six Sixma project award for three years consequently.
