• Conceptualising the business re-organisation of a leading services provider and developing systems for effective reporting; implementing ERP on Microsoft Dynamics platform

• Development of an ESS (Employee Self-Service) product in consultation with a Software Developer, and deployment for effective use in a knowledge organisation

• Developing Management Dashboards for top management of the leading Indian manufacturer of high security products, drawing inputs from their SAP implementation

• Revitalising  and propagating TCS’ Ion ERP system implemented in an Institution of Higher Studies comprising more than 10 colleges  across the faculties of engineering, sciences, medical and  management

• Revisiting Farvision ERP implementation in a Real Estate company by integrating the Project module with Finance and Inventory modules
