Mentoring / coaching Services were provided for the following situations:

• Mentored  young entrepreneurial teams under McKinsey & Co.'s India Venture 2000 initiative. Assisted the infotech start-ups in converting their ideas into concrete businesses

• Mentored a second-generation entrepreneur to hone his skills as the business expected him to fill-in the shoes of his father, a first generation entrepreneur 

• Supported the head of a private education institute in developing and choosing options, and acted as a sounding board and critique for his plans

• Guided faculty members at university for offering consultancy services to industry

• Prepared the content and taught several Management subjects at under-graduate and post-graduate levels, and developed their skills in rational thinking and reasoning, and building the academia-industry connect for them

• Conducted training programs for senior and mid-level officials in industry on diverse subjects such as project management, improving operational effectiveness and common-goal oriented working 

• Conducted talks at the local Industry and Management associations on various topics of current affairs

• Coached final-year MBA students for developing their aptitude and self-presentation skills targeted at their job interviews.
