MENTORING

Executive Coaching

It’s not without reason that people say ‘it’s lonely at the top’.

Junior professionals often reach higher-level management positions through their education, hard work and learning on-the-job.  As they reach the higher echelons, they need wider perspectives, and at the same time become more isolated.  The opportunities to learn from the job and develop further start receding.

This is when they need a coach – a friend, philosopher, guide –  whom they can approach when having self-doubts.  A sounding board for their ideas. A contrarian view point. Or a catalyst to stimulate out-of-the-box thinking.

Student Coaching

Management students often need supplementary, one-on-one guidance – hand-holding during difficult stretches while navigating the courses.

They also seek guidance on career options and preparing for them, and in taking informed decisions while choosing electives. Closer to placement season, they need to be well prepared, confident and groom their personalities – with the objective of presenting themselves in their best elements to prospective employers and grabbing their dream jobs.
